Nasarawa government sacks Nasarawa United Chairman

Isaac Danladi has been sacked as chairman of NPFL club Nasarawa United following the dissolution of the club’s management by the new state government.

Danladi has been the helmsman at ‘The Solid Miners’ for several years and qualified them for two CAF Confederation Cup campaigns.

Mr Abdullahi Osanga , father of former Nigeria U20 star King Osanga, has now been acting as the Nasarawa United Chairman pending the appointment of a substantive Chairman.

 

Danladi is also chairman of the Club Owners Association and it is now left to be seen what becomes of that role.
