The Nasarawa State Government has formally announced Abdullahi Osanga, father of former youth international King Osanga, to succeed Isaac Danladi as the new Nasarawa United Boss.
Danladi has been at the Herm of affairs at Nasarawa United club since nine years now.
Under Danladi, Nasarawa United became a team to be reckoned with in the NPFL and twice represented Nigeria in the CAF Confederation Cup..
‘The Solid Miners’ have also played in the Aiteo Cup semi-finals in the last four years and last season finished fourth in the NPFL abridged division.

Notable among them are former Enyimba defensive midfielder Rasak Aliu , Solomon Okpako, who last played for Enugu Rangers, and Uche Okereke formerly of Yobe Deserts, they were among the NPFL stars sighted at the training ground of Nassarawa United this week.
One of the players told our sports reporter that “I chose to play for Nassarawa United this season due to the consistency of the football club. Season in, season out, the team always finish the league in a good position. “As a professional footballer, I want to be part of a club with such progressive aspirations.”
